Shipping Information

General shipping service guidelines apply to all valid parcel delivery orders generated through normal purchase procedures.
The entire parcel shipping process consists of multiple standardized links including parcel sorting, centralized dispatch, cross-link transit and terminal distribution. Each operational link is implemented in compliance with unified service specifications to maintain the stability and standardization of logistics services. We will complete internal sorting and packaging processing for qualified parcels before formal dispatch, ensuring parcels meet basic transit delivery conditions.
During the logistics transit period, the system will automatically record and update parcel movement data. The updated status can serve as a general reference for judging parcel progress, while it cannot completely rule out minor deviations caused by external objective factors. For parcels encountering special situations in transit, relevant processing arrangements will be adjusted appropriately based on actual conditions, and the final disposal scheme will be subject to practical logistics execution results.
After parcels arrive at the terminal distribution node, follow-up delivery arrangements will be launched in sequence according to local distribution rules. You are advised to pay attention to real-time logistics prompts to ensure smooth parcel collection. For unclaimed parcels under special circumstances, subsequent standardized processing will be carried out in accordance with general logistics management norms.
